January 13 – 15, 2008 Dubai, United Arab Emirates Ground-breaking product launches set to ignite Intersec Middle East This year’s Intersec Middle East will witness a record number of product launches, as many international companies plan to unveil new products, services and technologies for the first-time in the Middle East, and strive for the global industry’s attention. Intersec Middle East is the biggest trade show and conference for commercial security, homeland security & policing, fire & rescue and safety & health in the region and has been providing an information and buying platform for governments, Civil Defence forces, the construction industry, industrial development, commercial businesses, ports, airports and security professionals for ten years now. At the dedicated Fire, Police and Safety and Health conferences running concurrently with the exhibition, fire departments and fire safety officials as well as Civil Defence departments from the Gulf and Middle East region and around the world will converge. The international importance of the Middle East’s biggest show and conference is emphasized by a steady increase in the numbers of exhibitors, visitors, space and overall international attendance. Intersec Middle East in 2008 will also be host to 13 country presentations from Germany, France, China, Pakistan, Austria, the UK, the USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Italy, Scandinavia, Taiwan and Canada. “Last year’s Intersec exhibition attracted over 16,000 visitors from 79 countries and was a resounding success and this year we can promise even more for exhibitors and visitors,” says Mrs. Angela Schierholz from show organizer Epoc Messe Frankfurt.
